Seashell World LLC Shipping Policy
Domestic Ground Shipments
All U.S. Domestic Ground shipments have a standard transit time from
one six business days. We will make every effort to expedite your
order as quickly as possible from taking the order, processing and
verifying the payment to the final shipment of your order. All U.S.
Domestic Ground shipments will normally ship out of our facility
within 5 business days or less. If your item is on back order you
will be notified from customer service by email stating an ETA for
your backordered item, please allow an additional 10-15 days for
your item to be available for shipment.
U.S. Air Shipments
All express orders being shipped to U.S. address will be processed,
verified and shipped within two business days (excludes weekends) if
the order is placed before 3pm EST and the items you are requesting are in stock OR within three business days if
the order was placed after 3pm EST and the items you are requesting are in stock. If you absolutely need your
order by a specific date, please call our customer service
department at toll free 1-888-574-2887 and we would be happy to see
if we can meet your delivery needs.
Domestic U.S. Rates
Shipping rates vary due based on the level of service you request
(either ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air). To find the shipping
rate*, add the products you are interested in into your basket.
Follow the checkout process. Prior to requesting your credit card
information, the system will request shipping options and total your
order up for you. *Some express shipments (Next Day Air and 2nd Day
Air) require additional handling due to size and weight. If your
shipping rates differs from your order you will be notified by
customer service before your order is processed.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
Please note that we ship all packages addressed to Hawaii and Alaska
via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air only. We apologize but we do not
offer UPS Ground shipments to these states. If your order is address
to one of these states and express shipping was not added to your
order, you will be notified by customer service before your order is
processed. Please note that selecting 2nd Day Air or Next Day
Air will only speed up your delivery time and does not apply to
fulfillment time (typically 1-2 business days) Please call
customer service at toll free 1-888-574-2887 if you have specific
dates and deadlines. Please also note that UPS does not
guarantee on time delivery for Alaska and Hawaii shipments.
Seashell World, LLC is not responsible for any delivery deadlines
caused by UPS or any other shipping provider.
Puerto Rico, Guam & Other U.S. Territories
Please note that all shipment to all U.S. Territories are required
to ship via UPS Global. We will email you a shipping quote for your
approval prior to processing your order.
International Shipments
All International Shipments are shipped via either UPS Global or
U.S. Parcel Post Mail. We will email you a shipping quote for your approval prior
to processing your order. Once we receive your approval on the
shipping rate an additional 3-5 business days is required prior to
shipping your purchase in order for your shipping address to be
verified and approved by Merchant Services.
All taxes, duties, and fees are the sole responsibility of the
customer. These charges are non-refundable if you refuse your
shipment. Fees incurred by Seashell World, LLC for merchandise
returned to us with duties/taxes/fees owed on them will be deducted
from any balance owned to you on your refund.
Countries We Do Not Ship To:
Please note that due to their high number of fraudulent online
transactions, we no long ship to nor accept orders with a bill to or
ship to address from the following countries: Belarus, Colombia,
Egypt, Indonesia, Lebanon, Macedonia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan,
Ukraine, Vietnam and Yugoslavia.
Canadian Shipments
All shipments to Canada are sent via either UPS Surface or U.S.
Parcel Post Air Mail. We charge an additional $15.00
for shipping on all shipments to Canada above the standard ground continental U.S.
rates which are posted on our sites. In addition, your purchase WILL be subject to additional duties and
charges collected by (if shipped via UPS) UPS on behalf of UPS Brokerage and your country
at the time of delivery or (if shipped via parcel post mail) by the
Canadian mail service on behalf of the Canadian government at
time of delivery. Seashell World, LLC is not responsible for
collection or reimbursement of any of these charges. Below is an
estimate of brokerage fees, taxes and duties you will have to pay at
time of delivery.
2.7% or $5.85 Canadian (whichever is greater) of the amount
collected for taxes

7% Goods and Service Tax - based on the value of the product

7% VAT Tax - based on the value of the product
plus
Your local Sales Tax - based on the value of the product
plus

$0-$20 product value - no handling fee
$20-$40.00 product value - $6.70
$40-$100.00 product value - $18.45
$101-$200 product value - $27.45
$201-$350 product value - $35.55
$351-$500 product value - $39.90
$501-$750 product value - $45.30
$751-$1000 product value - $50.70
The above rates are only estimates for you to consider. The rates
above are subject to change at anytime. Please be advised that these
taxes, duties, and fees can total more than the cost of your
merchandise. These charges are non-refundable if you refuse your
shipment. Fees incurred by Seashell World, LLC for merchandise
returned to us with duties/taxes/fees owed on them will be deducted
from any balance owned to you on your refund. We strongly suggest
you review the information above before placing your order.
Shipping Exceptions - all shipments
The rates quoted are based on estimates applied to our merchandise.
However, some products may require additional handling or special
delivery to ship. As a result, shipping charges may vary from those
quoted. In the event those rates change, we will contact you first
with an approval prior to shipping.
Reshipping Charges - all shipments
There will be a reshipment fee if the customer enters the incorrect
shipping address on the order and we have to reship the package.
This reshipment fee also applies in the event that the customer was
not available to sign for the packages (it is completely up to the
UPS driver’s discretion whether or not to leave a package without
a signature, however some packages DO require a signature for
delivery) when UPS attempted delivery and the package was returned
to us. (UPS will make 3 delivery attempts and leave a note
indicating they attempted delivery before returning the package to
us.)
